Frequently Asked Questions
The Pro version allows for unlimited checklists, checklist items. and templates. However, Global Checklists and a few other minor features are not available in Pro. Please see the feature page of our documentation for a full comparison.
No. The Checklist (and all other apps for Jira Cloud are loaded in separate frames inside the Jira page. This approach ensures security (iframe code cannot access the main page) and also lets the browser load the app content asynchronously without blocking loading of the main page.
Atlassian handlies subscriptions and payments. To start your subscription, simply click on the Try it free button in the Atlassian Marketplace. After your 30 day trial is complete, Atlassian will bill you for the app when they bill you for your Jira subscription.
There are no limits to the number of items, checklist or templates in the Pro version. There are some features that are available in the Enterprise version, but not in the Pro version. See this page for a quick comparison.
