I’m humbled and excited share the work of our top partners across these categories, all who are pushing the boundaries of what customers can do with Atlassian tools – with the help of Atlassian Marketplace apps.
Why Atlassian Chose HeroCoders
Every year, Atlassian celebrates partners' contribution to customer success with the Partner of the Year awards. The Enterprise Apps category was created to recognize Marketplace Partners who are investing to meet and exceed the complex needs of Atlassian Enterprise customers in cloud. Specifically, they wanted to recognize partners with demonstrated commitment to scaleability and performance, security and compliance, and Enterprise-level support.
Therefore, it’s no wonder that HeroCoders was chosen as a finalist.
For us, performance at scale is a given, as demonstrated by the 99.9% uptime shown in our Statuspage for 2024. Twenty-twenty-four also saw us launch Checklists for Jira (Enterprise), a new version of our popular app designed specifically to support large user bases, high data volumes and complex workflows.
The Enterprise app offers global, admin-controlled checklists, enabling enterprise-level organizations to maintain standardization and compliance across projects. It also supports the JCMA for seamless migration from on-premise to Cloud, and offers multiple data residency options.
Privacy protection, security and compliance continue to be top priorities. We are a full participant in the Atlassian trust programs with six of our seven apps Cloud Fortified and having completed the Privacy and Security tab for all of our Marketplace apps. (The app that is not Cloud Fortified, is a free app that runs on the same codebase as its paid counterparts, and is therefore equally secure.)
In 2024, we brought new transparency to our security practices by launching a Trust Center and achieving SOC2, Type I certification(our Type II audit is currently underway).

Checklists Pro met our requirements to automate the processes associated with Definition of Done flows within Jira. I was especially appreciative of the time that the support team spent with me on a call to troubleshoot the use of escape characters within the logic for one of my workflows.
